At DECORDS, production takes 2–5 days, usually around 3, after model review and payment. Modeling and delivery take additional time. If you need the part by a particular date, explain that before ordering and agree the complete schedule.

When the production time starts
Uploading a file does not start manufacturing. The model, dimensions, material, quantity and order conditions need to be clear first. Work begins after the model check and payment. If a shape must be developed from photographs, modeling and approval come before printing and are separate from the usual 2–5 days.
If an idea is sent on Monday but the final dimensions are not confirmed until Thursday, it would be misleading to plan as though production began on Monday. Confirm the final version and give the required receipt date, rather than only asking for the work to be done quickly.
Agree urgent work before relying on a date
One-day printing is possible by prior agreement. The model, material, order size and production availability must be checked. Urgency does not remove the need to verify the file or agree dimensions. For an event deadline, state both the quantity and delivery address early.
A new functional part also needs time for fitting. A checked repeat model and a design developed from scratch involve different discussions. Say whether one sample can come first and what happens if the trial reveals a need for changes.
Tallinn pickup and Baltic parcel lockers
Collect a finished order from DECORDS at Madara 33/1, room S1, Tallinn. Pickup costs €0.00, with the collection time agreed once the order is ready. If you want to try the part against your own item in person, mention that in advance so the visit can be discussed.
Omniva and SmartPosti parcel lockers are available for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The current form price is €4.00, with an indicative transit time of 2–4 days after dispatch. That is additional to manufacture. The destination and available methods determine the handover option selected in the order.
Delivery beyond the Baltics
The form offers Omniva airmail outside the Baltics for €6.00, with an indicative 6–12 working days after dispatch. UPS priority costs €16.00 and is available outside Estonia; timing depends on the destination. Priority shipping does not make printing ready on the same day automatically.
For a large or unusual object, confirm packaging and the delivery method first. Agree an available route before manufacture if the date is critical. Carrier timings are estimates rather than a promise of delivery at a particular hour. Include country, postcode and required receipt date.
Help the order move forward with a clear request
Check physical dimensions, quantity, color and contact details before submission. Include the purpose and important mating features. If the model is not ready, begin with the modeling form. A clear brief helps agreement, while the geometry still needs its actual review.
Upload a ready file to the calculator, or use the repeat-order form for another batch. Include the earlier reference and changes. The guide to printing costs in Tallinn explains the budget and stages before ordering.
