Withdraw from a contract

Send a clear notice that you wish to withdraw from your contract. You can review the details before confirming. We send an acknowledgement with the content and receipt time to your email. You do not need a customer account.
Sections 7–8 of the order terms explain the 14-day right and its exceptions. An exception may apply to a personalized product. Receiving your notice does not decide whether the right applies or automatically cancel the order. Rights relating to faulty goods remain in place.

Sample notice: To AnOL OÜ. I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods / service: ____. Ordered / received on: ____. Consumer’s name and address: ____. Date: ____. A signature is needed only when submitting on paper.
