Order and sales terms

These terms apply to DECORDS 3D enquiries, the manufacture and sale of 3D-printed products, and separately agreed modeling services. They are provided before a contract is concluded. Sending an enquiry does not, by itself, commit you to paying for an order.

1. Seller and contact details
The seller and service provider is AnOL OÜ, registry code 12315625, VAT number EE101842662. Registered address: Paldiski mnt 167-6, Haabersti linnaosa, Tallinn, 13518 Harju maakond, Eesti. We trade as DECORDS 3D.
For enquiries, complaints, withdrawal notices and data protection requests, email 3dprint@decords.com or call +372 5874 3963. Our workshop and collection point, by arrangement, is Madara 33/1, room S1 (Decords), 10613 Tallinn, Eesti. Usual opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00, Tallinn time. The registered address is not a collection point or an automatically agreed returns address.
2. Enquiries and formation of the contract
You upload a model or describe the work, choose the relevant parameters and provide your contact details. You can check and correct the information before sending it. An automated acknowledgement, online estimate or automatically generated advance invoice confirms receipt of the enquiry or a calculation. It does not, on its own, confirm that the model is suitable for production or that a deadline has been agreed.
A contract is concluded once the workshop has confirmed feasibility, specifications, the final total price, delivery and deadline in writing, and you accept that offer in writing or pay the confirmed invoice. Any material changes arising from the model review are agreed before production. If payment reaches us before the review and production is not possible, or you do not accept a revised offer, we return the amount received without undue delay.
An offer is valid for the period stated in it. You may cancel an enquiry free of charge before a contract is concluded. Modeling, additional work and urgent production require a separate agreement on price and timing. We retain the contract and correspondence electronically and send confirmation of the agreed terms by email on a durable medium. Please keep the email, applicable terms and order documents.
3. Model, dimensions and intended use
The calculator accepts STL and OBJ files up to 20 MB and 250,000 triangles. You must check the units, scale, final dimensions, quantity, material and color. Export STEP and 3MF files to STL or OBJ before uploading. The workshop will ask for clarification where needed.
The standard calculation covers parts up to 250 × 250 × 250 mm. Larger parts require an orientation and equipment check; a dimension above 340 mm must not be treated as automatically available. Splitting a model, bonding, finishing, precision fits and special tolerances are agreed separately.
FDM printing leaves visible layers and can produce small differences in shade and surface finish. A screen image is not an exact color sample. Tell us about critical fits, loads, temperatures, food contact and other requirements before agreeing the order. Without separate confirmation, the product is not offered as a certified medical, electrical-insulation, food-contact or other safety-critical part. Normal characteristics of the printing process do not remove our duty to supply the agreed specifications.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
All payments are in euros. The calculator uses the model’s outer bounding-box volume, material, size tier and quantity. This is not the amount of plastic actually consumed or a measured printing time. Order preparation, discounts, any adjustment to the minimum price and delivery are shown separately. Modeling is not included in the printing price unless expressly agreed.
Prices for a normal domestic order in Estonia include 24% VAT. For international and business orders, the tax treatment and final amount are checked before the contract is confirmed. Additional charges require your agreement. A later change to a website price does not change an already confirmed contract.
The current payment method is a bank transfer to AnOL OÜ against an advance invoice. Include the order number in the payment reference. Sending an enquiry does not debit your account. Production begins after technical approval and receipt of the agreed payment. The confirmed invoice states the payment deadline. If your model has not been approved or the amount is unclear, contact the workshop first.
5. Production and delivery
Production usually takes 3 days, with an initial estimate of 2–5 days after model approval and payment. This is indicative information; the binding deadline is stated in the order confirmation. Modeling and transport take additional time. One-day urgent printing is available only by separate agreement.
Collection from the workshop is free. Available delivery methods, charges and the selected collection point are shown before you send the enquiry and are confirmed with the order. The current guide for Omniva and SmartPosti parcel lockers in the Baltic states is €4 and 2–4 working days after dispatch. For other destinations, only the methods offered in the form are available; transit time depends on the country and carrier. Transit is additional to production time.
We inform you if an agreed deadline is missed. Consumers retain their statutory rights, including the right to set a reasonable additional period and to end the contract where the legal conditions are met. The risk of accidental loss of a consumer order passes when you or your nominated recipient physically receives it. This does not override the statutory exception where a consumer independently chooses a carrier that the seller did not offer.
If the packaging is damaged, please record the damage where possible and tell us. The absence of a carrier’s damage report does not, by itself, remove a consumer’s statutory claims. For delivery outside the EU, any import charges and who must pay them are clarified before the contract is concluded.
6. Changes and cancellation
If you need to change the file, material, quantity or address, contact us immediately and quote your enquiry number. Cancellation is free before a contract is concluded. After that, we agree whether changes are possible, how completed work is treated and whether the price changes, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
For a personalized product without a statutory withdrawal right, voluntary cancellation after production has begun is possible by agreement. We do not impose an automatic penalty or retain the entire payment merely because of cancellation. Failing to collect a parcel does not, on its own, cancel an order; please give a clear notice.
7. A consumer’s 14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer, meaning an individual acting outside their trade or profession, normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For goods, the period begins on receipt; where goods in one order arrive separately, it begins on receipt of the last item. For a service, it begins when the contract is concluded. It is sufficient to send a clear notice before the period expires.
Send your notice to 3dprint@decords.com or use the continuously available “Withdraw from a contract” form on the website. Provide your name, email and the contract number or other identifying details. The form lets you review the information and then confirm the withdrawal with a separate final button. We record the content and time and automatically email an acknowledgement. That acknowledgement confirms receipt; it is not a decision about an exception or the amount to be refunded. You do not have to use our form or give a reason.
Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice. Before sending them, ask by email for instructions and the returns address. A lack of reply does not extend your duty to return the goods on time; if necessary, use the seller’s registered address. You pay the direct cost of a normal return when withdrawing from a contract for goods without a defect. The seller pays the costs of a justified claim about a defect.
We refund payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you selected is not refunded. For a sale of goods, we may withhold repayment until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first, unless we offered to collect them ourselves. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that is free of charge.
If you were properly informed of the withdrawal right, you are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing original packaging does not remove the withdrawal right. If mandatory information has not been supplied, the withdrawal period may be extended as provided by law.
8. Personalized products and services
The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to a consumer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized, such as a unique part produced from their file and individual dimensions. The exception depends on the actual order and is explained before the contract is concluded. Making a product after an order is placed, or choosing a standard size or color from a public catalogue, does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.
The statutory withdrawal right continues to apply to a separately ordered modeling service. If you want a paid service to begin within the 14-day period, we obtain your separate express request and the necessary acknowledgements on a durable medium before starting. A general checkbox confirming that you have read the terms is not such a request.
Where you lawfully withdraw after properly requesting early performance, only a proportionate amount for the service actually provided is payable in the circumstances set out by law. The withdrawal right for a fully performed paid service ends only where you gave prior express consent to performance and acknowledged that the right would be lost once the service was fully performed. The absence of a withdrawal right for a personalized product does not remove rights relating to defects or breach of contract.
9. Defects and complaints
Consumers may make the statutory claims for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Notify us within two months of discovering the problem. Email 3dprint@decords.com with the order number, a description and, where possible, photographs. The absence of an additional commercial guarantee does not limit statutory rights.
We respond to a written complaint within 15 days. If it cannot be resolved in that time, we explain why and give a new reasonable timeframe. Where a lack of conformity is established, the statutory remedies apply: primarily free repair or replacement under the conditions laid down by law, and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract. The seller pays necessary costs, including transport, labor and materials.
A lack of conformity that appears within the first year after delivery of consumer goods is presumed to have existed on delivery, where that presumption is compatible with the nature of the goods and the defect. Liability and the burden of proof are governed by law. An error in a source file approved by the customer, or use outside the agreed purpose, is assessed alongside the workshop’s duty to check the information available to it and warn about identified problems. It is not a general exclusion of the seller’s liability.
10. Files and intellectual property
You must have the right to submit the model and order its manufacture. You grant AnOL OÜ a limited right to use the file to assess and fulfil the order, make technically necessary transfers to those carrying it out, and resolve related claims. Sending a file does not transfer ownership or authorize publication.
Customer models, photographs and information are not used in the public gallery, advertising or training materials without separate permission. If the workshop provides modeling, the deliverable files, license, and rights to modify and use the model are agreed before the service starts. A normal printing price does not include creation of a parametric CAD source model.
11. Personal data and communication
To handle the enquiry and perform the contract, we process the necessary contact details, model, parameters, delivery address, billing and payment information. The purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and your rights are explained in the separate privacy notice. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in your files.
Order-specific information is sent to the email address you provide. Tell us as soon as possible if the address is wrong. Marketing consent is not a condition of ordering. Sending an enquiry or a withdrawal notice does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
12. Disputes, governing law and version
Please raise any concern with the seller first. Where the commission has jurisdiction, a consumer may apply free of charge to the Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, the Consumer Disputes Committee at TTJA. Information and applications are available at ttja.ee and jvis.ttja.ee. You retain the right to apply to a competent court. For an EU cross-border dispute, you may contact the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence.
Estonian law applies. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their country of habitual residence where that law applies under EU rules. These terms do not impose exclusive court jurisdiction contrary to mandatory rules. Consumer-specific provisions apply to business customers only where required by law.
This version is dated 2 November 2026 and applies to new agreements after its introduction. An existing contract remains subject to the version provided when it was concluded; a later website change does not automatically amend it. Individually agreed terms take priority within the limits of the law. The language versions serve the same purpose, and a difference between them does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
